TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: March 2026

1. About Us
FPAC is a wheel and tyre specialist based in Brentwood, Essex. We provide tyre supply and fitting, new wheel supply and fitting, and alloy wheel refurbishment services. These terms and conditions govern all services provided by FPAC, whether carried out at our garage or via our mobile fitting service. By booking any service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Bookings & Appointments

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you have received confirmation from us by phone or email.

2.2 For tyre fitting appointments, you will be asked to select a preferred date, time, and location at the point of booking. We will confirm your appointment as soon as possible.

2.3 For wheel orders, your fitting appointment will not be booked at the point of purchase. We will contact you by phone once your wheels have been delivered to arrange a convenient fitting slot. We guarantee a fitting appointment within 24 hours of your wheels being delivered.

2.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided at the time of booking is accurate, including your vehicle registration, tyre or wheel size, and any relevant vehicle specifications. FPAC cannot be held responsible for incorrect orders or fitment issues arising from inaccurate information.

2.5 FPAC reserves the right to refuse a booking or cancel an appointment at our discretion, including where we believe a service cannot be safely or properly carried out.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. FPAC reserves the right to amend prices prior to confirmation in the event of an error or change in supplier costs.

3.3 Additional parts or hardware — such as spigot rings or specialist fitting equipment — are not included in the standard fitting price unless explicitly stated. Where additional parts are required, we will inform you at the time of booking and provide a separate quote. These parts can be purchased from us or supplied by the customer prior to the appointment.

3.4 Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. FPAC reserves the right to require a deposit for certain orders or services, particularly for wheel orders or alloy refurbishment work.

3.5 Any deposit paid is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice, or where an order has already been placed with our supplier on your behalf.

3.6 FPAC reserves the right to charge for any additional work or parts required that were not apparent at the time of booking, provided we have informed you and received your approval before proceeding.

4. Supply of Goods

4.1 FPAC only fits tyres and wheels that have been supplied directly by us. We do not offer a fitting-only service for tyres or wheels sourced elsewhere, without exception.

4.2 All tyres and wheels supplied by FPAC are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers. We will always ensure that the products supplied are appropriate for your vehicle and meet relevant safety standards.

4.3 In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss an alternative. If no suitable alternative is available or acceptable to you, a full refund will be issued.

4.4 Whilst we take every care to display product information accurately, images shown on our website or in any promotional material are for illustrative purposes only. Finished products may vary slightly in appearance.

5. Mobile Fitting Service

5.1 Our mobile fitting service is available within our designated service area. Please check with us at the time of booking if you are unsure whether your location falls within our coverage area.

5.2 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe, suitable, and accessible location is available for our technician to carry out the work. This includes ensuring the vehicle is parked on a flat, stable surface with sufficient space to work safely around all four wheels.

5.3 FPAC reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a fitting if the location is deemed unsuitable or unsafe on arrival. In such circumstances, a call-out charge may apply.

5.4 Our mobile fitting service is carried out to the same standard as our garage-based service. All equipment used is fully portable and maintained to a professional standard.

5.5 FPAC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to keep you informed if we are running behind schedule.

6. Garage Fitting Service

6.1 Our garage is located in Brentwood, Essex. The address will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6.2 Please ensure your vehicle is available and accessible at the agreed appointment time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where a customer arrives significantly late, subject to our schedule on the day.

6.3 FPAC accepts no responsibility for any personal belongings left in vehicles during a fitting appointment.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

7.1 We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another customer.

7.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover any costs already incurred.

7.3 Where an order has already been placed with our supplier on your behalf, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a restocking or returns fee. We will advise you of this at the time of your cancellation request.

7.4 FPAC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or staff absence. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional cost.

8. Alloy Wheel Refurbishment

8.1 Our alloy wheel refurbishment service is carried out to a high standard. However, results may vary depending on the condition, age, and material of the wheel prior to refurbishment.

8.2 We will carry out an assessment of your wheels prior to commencing any refurbishment work. We will advise you if any wheel is considered beyond economical repair, structurally compromised, or if there are any factors that may affect the quality of the finished result.

8.3 FPAC cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or imperfections in wheels submitted for refurbishment that may affect or become more apparent following the refurbishment process.

8.4 Refurbishment work covers cosmetic restoration only. It does not constitute a structural repair. If a wheel is found to have cracks, bends, or other structural damage during the refurbishment process, we will inform you and may decline to complete the work on safety grounds.

8.5 Turnaround times for refurbishment work will be confirmed at the time of booking. Whilst we aim to meet all agreed timescales, FPAC cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control.

8.6 Wheels left with FPAC for refurbishment are the customer's responsibility to collect within an agreed timeframe. FPAC accepts no responsibility for wheels that remain uncollected beyond a reasonable period following completion of work and notification to the customer.

9. Liability

9.1 FPAC will take all reasonable care when carrying out services on your vehicle. However, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

9.2 FPAC will not be held liable for any damage or loss arising from pre-existing vehicle faults or conditions that were not disclosed at the time of booking, or that could not reasonably have been identified prior to carrying out the work.

9.3 FPAC will not be held liable for any issues arising from the use of customer-supplied parts or hardware that prove to be incorrect, faulty, or unsuitable.

9.4 Nothing in these terms and conditions seeks to exclude or limit FPAC's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Warranties & Guarantees

10.1 All tyres and wheels supplied by FPAC are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product — please ask us for specific details at the time of purchase.

10.2 Our fitting workmanship is guaranteed. If you have any concerns about the quality of a fitting following your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We ask that any concerns are raised within 48 hours of the fitting where possible, and we will arrange to inspect and resolve the issue promptly.

10.3 Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, road hazards, incorrect tyre pressures, or normal wear and tear.

11. Customer Responsibilities

11.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.

11.2 You must ensure that your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to work on at the time of your appointment. FPAC reserves the right to refuse to carry out work on a vehicle that appears to be in an unsafe condition.

11.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the wheels or tyres you have ordered are appropriate for your vehicle and intended use. Whilst we will always do our best to advise, the final decision rests with the customer.

11.4 You must ensure that your vehicle's locking wheel nut key is available at the time of the fitting appointment where required. FPAC cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs arising from a missing locking wheel nut key.

12. Complaints

12.1 If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance. We take all feedback seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

12.2 We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 1 working day and to provide a full response within 3 working days.

12.3 If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may wish to seek independent advice or escalate the matter through the appropriate legal channels.

13. Privacy & Data

13.1 FPAC collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By booking a service with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13.2 We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating with you about your service.

14. Changes to These Terms

14.1 FPAC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website with an updated date. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.

14.2 Continued use of our services following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by FPAC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
